How does it work?
- Select the desired product or package.
- When finished – select “Checkout”.
- Fill in the details (including a phone number in full Israeli format, without the +972 prefix).
- Choose the payment method and shipping method.
- And the package is on its way to you 🍷
Do I need to register on the site? Not mandatory, but we recommend signing up for our customer club and receive benefits, new launches and special offers before anyone else.
Deliveries
Home delivery – throughout the country.
We make an effort to provide you with your favorite wines quickly and safely.
- Delivery time: up to 7 business days (excluding Friday, Saturday and holidays)
- Telephone coordination will be made by the courier company after placing the order
- Orders placed after 12:00 noon will be considered the next business day
Warranty and returns
If you received an incorrect or damaged product – please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order by email: info@golanwines.co.il
A product will be returned in its original packaging, along with an invoice
Unopened dry products can be returned – within 14 days
Return with courier At a cost of 35 NIS, or upon personal arrival at a point to be determined
A defective product will be replaced or credited – at the winery’s discretion
Price policy
All prices on the site include VAT. Some of the products, benefits or prices may be exclusive to the site, and cannot be claimed at other points of sale of the winery or its distributors.
Privacy and data security
We at Ramat HaGolan Winery are committed to maintaining your privacy. The information collected is used to improve the purchasing experience, for support and customer service. We do not share personal information with third parties without your consent.
The site uses cookies and Google Analytics codes for the purpose of analyzing and improving the user experience.
Legal regulations
Use of the site constitutes full agreement to the terms of use, privacy policy and purchase conditions. Any legal dispute will be resolved according to Israeli law and, if necessary, in the Northern District only
